  4. The company is not liable for any damages or compensation due to downtime or script bugs, but will work to resolve such issues.
  5. The company is not responsible for any hacking incidents, regardless of whether the issue stems from the server or the script.
  6. Technical support inquiries are answered within 1 to 48 hours during business days, coordinated via the official support system.
  7. License domains cannot be changed unless specifically requested at the time of purchase, in which case a temporary license is issued.
  8. No third-party support (e.g., for hosting providers) is provided. The company will share required server configurations only; other services may incur additional fees.
  9. No refunds are issued after license generation, as licenses cannot be canceled.
  10. Licenses are issued independently and permanently – not tied to any specific system or website.
  11. Any custom requests beyond script installation/setup are considered paid services.
  12. The company reserves the right to add or remove features without prior notice based on business needs. Please contact us for confirmation.
  13. While updates have been issued consistently (from version 1 to 7.4), the company is not obligated to provide future updates.
