The customer agrees to use the provided hosting services solely for lawful purposes and in full compliance with our policies and applicable laws.
The customer must not publish or transmit any content that:Harms others or infringes upon their rights,Violates public decency or encourages criminal activity,Breaches copyright laws or religious sanctities
Company assumes Nobalaa that hosted content is legal. Any violation will result in termination of hosting services, and the customer bears full legal responsibility if their website is used for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Publishing legally protected content without permission
- Offending religious beliefs or publishing explicit material
- Hosting threatening or unlawful content
- Spreading viruses or malicious software
- Using spyware or hacking tools
- Sending spam or unauthorized advertisements
- Engaging in activities that disrupt or slow down server performance
- Using unlicensed or vulnerable software
- Exceeding allocated resource limits (without a proper upgrade)
- Storing large or unlicensed files
- The company reserves the right to delete any violating content
- International domains are subject to the terms and conditions of their registries, and the company is not responsible for any problems therewith.
- The customer is fully responsible for the content and any damages resulting from misuse.
- The company reserves the right to suspend the website upon official request by authorities.
- Service prices are subject to periodic review and adjustment
- Customers must renew services at least 30 days before their expiration date.
- The company is not liable for losses due to late payment or delayed renewal.
- The company is not responsible for service interruptions or data loss due to factors beyond its control.
- Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups.
- Regular maintenance may cause temporary service disruption, customers will be notified in advance.
- Customers wishing to transfer their services to another provider must notify the company 30 days prior to the desired transfer date and the company is not liable for any issues arising from service transfers.
- The company reserves the right to seek compensation for damages resulting from any customer violations that may harm the company’s interests or reputation.
- Mailing lists may not exceed 400 recipients. Sending limit is 50 emails per hour.
