Users are strictly prohibited from sending any content that violates the rights of others, causes harm or threats, or includes abuse, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, or religious or sacred offense. It is also forbidden to use sender names for fraudulent purposes. The company reserves the right to request documentation to validate and protect sender names and advertising campaigns.
  • The platform bears no responsibility for delays or message loss caused by errors in entering mobile numbers, unavailability of SMS service, incompatibility with the recipient's device or language settings, or issues related to mobile network coverage.
  • If a customer requests to cancel the service and refund the remaining balance, the refund will be issued after deducting the value of consumed credits and administrative/operational costs.
  • All user data and messages are treated with the highest levels of privacy and confidentiality.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • In case of failed message delivery, customers must provide recipient numbers, sender name, and sending time to allow investigation and resolution.
  • The company is not liable for compensation due to service interruptions or failed message deliveries. If a failure is proven to be on our end, alternative SMS credits may be offered as compensation.
  • The company is not responsible for delivery failures if the sender name has been blocked or altered by the recipient’s telecom provider.
  • Customers must adhere to the validity periods of accounts and SMS credits, as agreed upon at the time of purchase. SMS credits must not exceed a one-year validity period.
  • The company bears no legal liability or responsibility for users who misuse the services, and reserves the right to seek compensation for any material or reputational damage caused.
  • Sending messages to random/unverified numbers is strictly prohibited, and may result in permanent account suspension.
  • Account and message data may be disclosed to legal or security authorities upon formal request.
  •  Any violation of the above terms may lead to account termination without any compensation or refund of remaining credits.
